Microscopy

This week will continue focusing on observing prokaryotic and eukaryotic cells that you’ve learned about over the past few weeks.

BY THE END OF THIS WEEK, you should be able to:

  • define all terms from the previous 9 weeks, and

  • review the essential differences between prokaryotic and eukaryotic cells while differentiating the types of cells in prokaryotes and eukaryotes

Week 10 - Biology

Your Week Ahead

Day 1: Microscopy Lab

  1. You’ll use the day to work on your microscope lab. I’ll walk around and check your journal 5 as you work on your microscope lab. There is also no journal this week; you should be focusing on studying for your test next week.

Day 2: Microscopy Lab

  1. The hope is that you finish your microscopy lab this week. We might have some time next Monday if you need it, but we’ll see how this week goes.

Study for your test on either 10/22 or 10/23 covering the chemistry of life, properties of water, and biological macromolecules!
